I am deeply saddened to inform you of the passing to his eternal reward of Brother Alan Diesel.

Brother Alan was a Past Supreme Knight of the Knights of Da Gama (South Africa) and was also a founding member of the International Alliance in 1979.

I was privileged to meet him during the Biennial IACK Conference in 2019 and in the short time I knew him he became a good friend. In fact he was last to leave Glasgow at the end of that week and on the eve of his departure we attended Holy Mass together in my local parish church.

I ask you to keep Brother Alan, his lovely wife Joan and his family in your prayers at this sad time.

Our International Chaplain, Archbishop Malcolm McMahon OP will celebrate a mass for the repose of his soul.
