The Opening Mass of the Twenty-Seventh meeting of the Alliance International Council took place Sunday in the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception, Washington DC.  The main celebrant was the Apostolic Nuncio to the United States of America, Most Rev. Christophe Pierre.  The International Chaplain, Most Rev. Shelton Fabre concelebrated.
